MyVidya (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Traxof Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Users must possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
Educational institutions are responsible for lawful onboarding, administrative supervision, and institutional authorization frameworks for users onboarded through institutional programs.
Individuals under the age of 18 may not independently create accounts. Parent or legal guardian authorization is mandatory.
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, device access, and all activities occurring under their accounts.
MyVidya may use artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, recommendation engines, automated evaluation systems, and behavioral analytics.
Final academic, grading, disciplinary, and administrative decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant educator or institution.
Certain assessments and institutional workflows may involve:
Users consent to such monitoring during designated academic or evaluation sessions.
Users and institutions retain ownership over original uploaded content including documents, assignments, presentations, videos, and educational materials.
By uploading content, users grant Traxof Technologies Private Limited a non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, transmit, and display such content solely for platform operations, educational workflows, analytics, integrity systems, and associated platform services.
All platform software, recommendation systems, analytics engines, workflows, source code, visual systems, machine learning models, operational telemetry, optimization systems, derived intelligence, and platform architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of Traxof Technologies Private Limited.
MyVidya is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free functionality, or continuous uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Traxof Technologies Private Limited and MyVidya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, educational, or operational damages arising from platform usage, proctoring workflows, AI outputs, institutional decisions, or third-party conduct.
Users and participating Educational Institutions agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traxof Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and processing affiliates against any third-party claims, legal expenditures, liabilities, or statutory and regulatory penalties (including financial penalties levied under data protection laws) arising out of user misuse, intentional contract violations, unlawful content uploads, or an institution's failure to secure valid parental/guardian consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution through internal corporate escalation for thirty (30) days before invoking arbitration.
Any disputes unresolved through amicable resolution shall be referred to and finally resolved by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim reliefs, enforcement proceedings, and related legal actions.
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of MyVidya after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
